I have received an incorrect / missing /defective item in my order. What should i do now?

Oops, this is mightily embarrassing. We are very sorry and we will like to make it up to you! Please drop us a mail at customer@acewin.my with the following details:
Your order number
The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective
Snap a picture to us, if applicable


How will I know that my order went through successfully?

All successful transactions are followed up by a confirmation email that contains an order number within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact (or WharsApp) our Customer Service Team at +6018 230 6811, Monday to Friday, 9am - 7pm, with your shopping query! They will be able to assist you in placing a new order.


How do i place an order?

Orders are placed via our website www.acewin.my. Should you have an issue placing an order, you could also reach out to our friendly Customer Support team at +018 230 6811. We would be most happy to assist by placing an order via phone/Whatsapp for you.

What are the shipping fees/rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. It’s might also based on your selected shipping option. We do offer FREE SHIPPING for some specific items.


What is the delivery lead time like for my order?

At Acewin, we always aim to deliver our products within the stipulated time frame. However, we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. This is because different products will have a different delivery time frame. As a guideline and for your ease of reference, we will state the delivery lead time in each product page.

➤ Return & Refund

I would like to cancel my order. Will i be refunded?

If you wish to cancel your order (due to a mistake in your order etc), please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via our email: customer@acewin.my, before the product has been sent out for delivery. No cancellation fees apply, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order.
