Oops, this is mightily embarrassing. We are very sorry and we will like to make it up to you! Please drop us a mail at customer@acewin.my with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective
  3. Snap a picture to us, if applicable

All successful transactions are followed up by a confirmation email that contains an order number within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again.

Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service Team at +6012 361 0940, Monday to Friday, 9am - 7pm, with your shopping query! They will be able to assist you in placing a new order.

Orders are placed via our website www.acewin.my. Should you have an issue placing an order, you could also reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team at +012 361 0940. We would be most happy to assist by placing an order via phone for you.

Shipping

At Acewin Marketplace, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. Should you purchase from the main Acewin catalog pages, orders above RM300  automatically enjoy free delivery, while orders below RM300 will be charged a flat delivery fee of RM15.00.

At Acewin, we always aim to deliver our products within the stipulated time frame. However, we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. This is because different products will have a different delivery time frame. As a guideline and for your ease of reference, we will state the delivery lead time in each product page.

Return & Refund

If you wish to cancel your order (due to a mistake in your order etc), please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via our email: customer@acewin.my, before the product has been sent out for delivery. No cancellation fees apply, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order.

All our items on Acewin are standard rated (6%) except for the situations in No.6
Yes, all prices displayed already include 6% GST. So you will not receive any extra hidden costs in your bill.
Sale of goods to the designated areas mentioned above are zero rated (0%). However supply of services to these areas are subject to 6% GST.
We are required to issue a 'Credit Note' for every refunded item. The document will inform you we have refunded the item and the tax paid to you.
